Agent Context

Shape corrected ui+db -> ui-only: this change adds NO persistence (no migration, no writes) — it renders EXISTING TaskEvent data (actor + reviewers metadata) on the shared _board card. Helper logic is covered by unit tests; the partial-through-controller render tests are the component tier. e2e/integration write-path tiers don't apply (operator also constrained: rely on tests, no server).
