Agent Context

Add Codex-compatible session mascot support alongside Claude: use CODEX_THREAD_ID when present, allow a Codex session-start/kickoff command to draw a Pokemon marker from the existing SessionMascot API, allow occasional persona override such as Jasper, document the kickoff prompt. Keep Claude behavior intact.
