Agent Context

Part of the single-source-of-truth goal (2026-06-26). (1) Point devops-cycle-design.md §1.2 + the /stages stage guide at /stages/sop, and name config/devops_vocabulary.yml (read by Devops::Vocabulary) as the single source of truth — link to the live page, don't restate the per-step content. (2) ALSO fold in the resolved Main Branch fix that MISSED PR #250's merge: in the Steffon/Assemble lane's 'Main Branch' step, delete the diverges line and reword expectation to 'Merge-forward guard: if main moved ahead, merge main into release so release always keeps main as an ancestor (stays shippable). Main itself does NOT move here — it advances only at ship, when release fast-forwards into main.' and gate to 'release stays ahead of main'. The fix exists as dangling commit 338ab6d on feat/devops-sop-infographic (one commit ahead of release) — cherry-pick or re-apply it. After: /stages/sop shows ONE ⚠ (Release Branch only). Depends on devops-sop-infographic already shipped.
