Agent Context

Document in ecosystem-build.md that QA/prod environments seed ONLY the idempotent agent registry (db/seeds/02_agents.rb) — populates agent avatars + review roles — NOT the full rails db:seed (52_tasks/53_activities seed demo tasks; sports fixtures). This is what fixes the missing agent images on the board crew.
