Re-land the heavy-review fixes for PR #111 (which a concurrent session merged WITHOUT them). Fix commit 2d0f480 on feat/task-stage-change-log: (1) restore attribute :user in host app/models/current.rb; (2) default actor in bin/task move to session_identity (drop claimant fallback in Task#write_stage_event); (3) guard event[:source] type in api/v1/tasks_controller; + logged-in-request test + backfill test. Cherry-picked onto release. Foundation for task-ui-stage-agents.
