Agent Context

bin/task write_feature_marker builds the per-session active-feature marker WITHOUT the mascot field, so bin/statusline (which reads .mascot) shows no Pokemon for plain (non-worktree) sessions — the worktree .agent-context.json has it but the projects-root marker does not. Add mascot from devops.mascot to the marker hash.
