Codify the devops nuances surfaced building Rolio (a standalone client app). Add app TIERS to the cycle: managed satellite vs standalone/client app (PR->main not release, no studio-engine, lite DoR, client handoff). New SOP doc system/new-app-onboarding-sop.md (tier-decision table + phased checklist). Edits: devops-cycle-design.md (new standalone SOP section + shapes-are-deployment-agnostic note), worktrees.md (multi-agent merge-safety: manual git worktree add, new-files-first, single render-line partial edits, additive routes, one migration owner, sequential merge+full-suite gate), app-registry.md (unmanaged-candidate->promote lifecycle + Rolio 📇 emoji). Build rules SPLIT into Evergreen(all apps) vs Standalone-specific. KEY: robust error/API-failure logging is EVERGREEN (rescue_and_log principle); only the studio-engine ErrorLog helper is managed-specific - standalone apps log with plain Rails/Sentry, they do NOT skip logging. External integrations mock-first behind swappable adapters. Author via cycle: worktree, PR into release.
