Agent Context
Enshrine in culture.md (Identity And Addressing): every session adopts a Pokemon mascot as its handle — drawn once per session (at first task creation, per-session), tagged into the Claude Code terminal header and shown on the board crew as the build agent. It's the easy default identity. When the work calls for a specific soul's expertise (Carl backend, Shannon UI, Steffon platform, Alex docs), the session acts AS that soul, but the Pokemon stays the session signature. Mascot = identity, soul = expertise.
Stage Timeline
Who handled each stage, the time it took (measured), and the model / tokens / cost reported (best-effort) — plus who's on it right now. — means the agent didn't report that metric.
