Visual follow-up to buy-usdc-account-buttons (PR #166 merged the pre-refinement version). Operator-approved tweaks on the worktree preview: (1) move Buy USDC ahead of Refresh Wallet (first in the /account wallet actions row), (2) USDC logo to the left of the label, (3) outline/transparent style (btn-outline) matching Refresh Wallet. Changes live in commit bd03c73 on feat/buy-usdc-account-buttons (already off the merged release). Logo-left is in the shared partial (consistent on /wallet); outline style is /account-only via button_class (wallet keeps btn-primary). No new behavior — existing component test accounts_buy_usdc_button_test still green; no new assertions needed for pure order/style.
