Kickoff/entry screen. MOCK only this iteration: faux permission prompt -> spinner -> ~15 varied mock contacts seeded into the list, as if importing the device address book. No real CNContactStore (that is rolio-device-contacts). No real auth yet (phone-otp/apple are separate). Trivial backend.
