  • Authed admin GET /devops/cycle returns 200 and renders the DevOps cycle viewer (layout:false, page brings its own html/style)
  • Tasks board shows a visible 'DevOps Cycle' link to /devops/cycle for admins
  • docs/agents/system/devops-cycle.html is removed and design.md references the in-app route
