  • bin/release prepare deploys the assembled release branch to the mcritchie-studio-qa app and records release.qa_url
  • verify/wire the mcritchie-studio QA deploy path (bin/qa-server) so the kickoff actually ends in a reviewable QA URL

  • unit: Release::Conductor.record_qa_deploy stores qa_url on the release
  • integration: prepare! → record_qa_deploy flow; bin/release prepare shells bin/qa-server deploy + records qa_url (verified via dry-run)
