The Service includes this website, the software and marketing services we offer through it, and the account-holder tools we use to produce and publish content.
Parts of this website are open to everyone. Other parts are available only to account holders.

Sports data, statistics, headshots, and team logos referenced in the Service are the property of their respective rights holders and are used under fair-use editorial principles.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content posted via the Service will be available indefinitely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
