Current qa-intake marks PR #43 as needs-agent: GitHub merge state is dirty; local worktree is down; database mcritchie_studio_development_task_board_api_onboarding is missing; branch is 3 commits behind origin/main after PR #46. Rebase feat/task-board-api-onboarding onto current origin/main; resolve the doc conflicts intentionally; restore stack env/DB if local QA is expected; rerun doc checks; refresh the task handoff before re-requesting Avi.

Verified docs now recommend bin/task/bin/secret, document devops read-merge-write, and preserve commas for array list input.
